Shipping policy
1. Where we ship
We ship throughout the continental United States — all 48 states, Washington DC, and APO/FPO military addresses.
We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally. We'll update this page when that changes.
2. Processing time
Once your order is in, we get it out the door fast — usually within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.
You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and a second email with tracking info the moment it ships.
3. Shipping cost
Free shipping on every order. No minimum, no code.
4. Delivery time
After your order ships, expect it within 3–7 business days depending on where you live.
These are estimates from our carrier, not guarantees. Once it leaves us, it's in their hands. We'll always get it out fast on our end.
5. Tracking your order
The moment your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. You can also check the status anytime on our Track Your Order page.
If you don't see a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first — then email us at info@heykurl.com.
6. Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking says "delivered" but the box isn't where it should be, try this in order:
- Check around your delivery spot — sometimes packages get tucked behind plants or with neighbors.
- Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally scan packages "delivered" before they actually arrive.
- Still missing? Email us at info@heykurl.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to track it down, or send a replacement.
Nobody should be stuck without their filter because something happened in transit. We'd rather make it right.
7. Damaged in transit
If your filter arrives damaged, or the box was opened in transit — see our Return Policy, section "Damaged or defective." One email, one photo, and we send a replacement or refund right away.
8. Wrong address?
Once an order has shipped, we can't change the delivery address. If you catch a typo before it ships, email us right away — if we can still catch it, we will. After it ships, you'll need to work directly with the carrier to redirect.
