1. The promise

14 days to feel the change. 60 days to be sure.

Most curly women see the reset by day 14. Some need longer — and that's okay. Email us anytime in the first 60 days for a full refund. No questions.


2. How to start a return

Email info@heykurl.com with your order number within 60 days of receiving your filter. You'll hear back within one business day with everything you need — return address, label info, the whole flow.

Return shipping is on you, unless your order arrived damaged or defective — then we cover it.

Once your package gets back to us, your refund goes through within 5 business days, on the same card you paid with.


3. Damaged or defective?

Email info@heykurl.com with a photo of the product and packaging. You pick — replacement or full refund.


4. Wrong address, wrong model, wrong quantity?

If you spot a checkout mistake before your order ships, email us right away. We catch what we can.

Once it's shipped, we can't undo a checkout error — but we'll help you figure out next steps.


5. Refills and subscriptions

Refills can be returned within 60 days, as long as they're unopened.

Your refill plan? Pause or cancel anytime, straight from your account. One click. No hidden buttons. No auto-renewals you can't stop.


6. Past day 14, still in the reset?

If you're past day 14 and your curls are still finding their way back — especially if you're type 4B/4C, low porosity, or coming off years of product buildup — we want to hear from you.

Email us before day 60. We'll troubleshoot it with you, or process the refund if you'd rather. Either way, you're not figuring this out alone.
